Stand upright, sensing moment by moment for a dynamic, active alignment in your bones.
Begin to swing the arms together, right and left, building momentum until you can easily swing them all the way around in a circle. Make sure that you’re connecting breath with movement. After you swing the arms one direction, go the other direction: swing, swing, circle left; swing, swing, circle right, and so on.
After a few cycles, add some easy vibration on /ʒ/.
When you’re finished, take a few moments to sense your breath and any shifts in your energy or alignment. Try to take this awareness with you into the next thing you do.
